This house is part of a renovation plan for the Kallhäll Center, a suburban part of Stockholm urban area with a population of 12,000 inhabitants, which will include new housing, a new community center and a more lively square.
The 16-storey house is an innovative and modern dominant in the area. Here are planned apartments for 2-4 rooms and a kitchen with a thoughtful interior style. All apartments have a balcony, and some also offer beautiful views of Lake Mälaren.
